Who performs the work

Your Comfort Air Pros connects you with independent local HVAC contractors who perform the work. Your Comfort Air Pros answers calls, takes the details of your heating or cooling problem and arranges for a contractor serving your area to contact you or come out. The contractor is an independent business, not our employee or agent. Every HVAC technician we send is licensed where Pennsylvania requires it, and insured.

Any agreement for repair, replacement or installation work is between you and the contractor. The contractor is responsible for the work, its permits, its pricing, its warranty terms and their own Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor registration, which they should provide to you.

Estimates and prices

The technician gives you the price before work starts. Prices depend on the diagnosis, the parts, the equipment and the time of the visit; nights, weekends and holidays can carry a different rate, which is explained before a technician is sent. Nothing on this website is a quote or a fixed price.

Scheduling and availability

Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arrival times depend on location, weather, demand and parts availability and are estimates, not guarantees. Service is limited to Mount Joy, PA and the towns listed on our service areas page.

Emergencies

If you smell gas, a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, or anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911 first. This website and our phone line are not a substitute for emergency services or your gas utility's emergency line.
